Windows Mobile - I was genuinely impressed with what Windows had created. A sleek, sexy new interface that wasn’t just another rip off of the Apple iphone UI (cough cough Vodafone 360). In fact it looked as though alot of time and and effort had gone into the device to ensure the proposition was totally new.

The irritating thing (yes, you knew it was coming) was that Microsoft did a Microsoft. They had ZERO handsets on show, and only showcased the device via a presentation (seen above) once every half hour or so. Taking a closer look, or discussing the handset with the Msoft team would only highlight how incomplete the product was - E.g. Xbox live screen on the handset appeared to me a mock up.

Overall definitely looking forward to seeing WMS7 released, and it will be a definite step forward for the mobile industry, im just not sure how much of a bite it will take out of Apple’s market share given that the next iPhone will be out in July. Which is still earlier than WMS7.
